This recipe is inspired by Cracker Barrel, where we ate one morning before we headed over to the World Equestrian Games.
2 slices of bread (your choice of type)
1 – 2 tomato slices
1 – 2 pieces of bacon
Cook two slices of bacon (or use pre-cooked for faster meal) . Toast bread in toaster. Cook egg in small amount of butter or cooking spray until yoke is cooked completely firm. Spread mayonnaise on toast, top with egg, bacon, and tomato. Enjoy!
